Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers entering a distance contract with Fylvo Digital for services. Cancellation of an ongoing subscription is a separate right: use Cancel a contract.

Your right

You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. Statutory rules about the start or extension of that period remain applicable.

To exercise the right, tell Mariyan Asenov, trading as Fylvo Digital, Laurentiusstraße 20, 68167 Mannheim, Germany, email contact@fylvodigital.com, telephone +49 1522 2350601, clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory. Sending your declaration before the deadline is enough.

You can also use our online function Withdraw from a contract. After you submit it, we send an acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email, containing your declaration and its receipt date and time.

What happens next

We will refund all payments received from you under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no refund fee. For the annual website package, consumer website creation starts after the withdrawal period; we do not require an early-start waiver.
